Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ninety Ahead (“Ninety Ahead,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when insurance agencies and their team members (“you”) use our website at app.ninetyahead.com, our client portal, and our email and text-message services.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: agency name, the names, business email addresses and mobile phone numbers of agency principals and producers, insurance license numbers, calling hours and territory preferences.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the billing contact, plan and payment status; we never receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
- Business prospect information: to provide the service, we compile information about commercial businesses from public government records and licensed data providers — business name and address, policy renewal timing and carrier, and business contact details of owners and officers.
- Communications: email replies, text messages and call details (time, duration and status) exchanged through numbers and addresses we operate for your agency, and voicemails left on those numbers.
- Uploaded documents: declarations pages and similar documents uploaded by you or sent by a prospect. These are processed in memory and stored files are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Technical information: log-in events, IP address, browser type and security logs used to protect accounts.
2. How we use information
- To operate the service: find renewing accounts, run outreach in your agency's name, route replies and calls to your producers, book meetings and prepare underwriting documents.
- To send transactional messages to you and your team, including lead alerts by text message to numbers that opted in (see section 4).
- To bill your subscription, provide support, secure accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with law, including Do-Not-Call and opt-out requirements.
We do not sell personal information.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract — cloud hosting and database, email delivery, text-message and voice delivery, payment processing, calendar scheduling, data verification and AI processing.
- Your agency: prospect information, replies and documents are made available to the agency that holds the territory.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Text messages (SMS)
Ninety Ahead sends transactional text messages — new-lead alerts, booked-meeting and reply notifications, and account notices — only to agency principals and producers whose mobile number was added to our service and who confirmed by replying YES. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.
5. Business prospects
If you are a business owner contacted through our service, you can opt out at any time by replying to any email with “unsubscribe”, or by emailing support@ninetyahead.com. Opt-outs are honored across the agency's outreach, and numbers on the national Do-Not-Call registry or known litigator lists are excluded from calling.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above: uploaded documents for 30 days, message and reply logs for up to one year, and security logs for up to 400 days, unless law requires longer. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and encrypted backups are kept for disaster recovery.
7. Your choices
You can view and update your account information in the portal, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@ninetyahead.com. Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date on this page. Questions: support@ninetyahead.com.
